the Rising Universal Filipino Democratical Republic.

At the same time we hereby confirm that the

Universal Filipino Democratical Republic is formed in Hongkong,

this day, and that instructions and orders are to be received

and obeyed from the members of the Central Committee now esta-

blished in Paris as well as from the Supreme Authorities of the

Üniversal Philippino Military Democratic Government, of the

Philippine Islands, all of which tend to the absolute indepen-

dence of the Philippinos.

Know all men, and particularly the Philippinos,

that this present Committee had not been beneficiated nor wish

to be beneficiated by the funds endowed to the Ex-Revolutionary

Committee of this Colony and of foreign ports, which were re-

presented under the name of Aguinaldo. We do not want anything

from this Committee and we make this remark merely to prevent,

in future, that the Philippinos might have a wrong idea as to

our having administrated interests which we never held in hand.

The fund now in the hands of the Ex-Committee,

some one holds it and no account of same was given to the

Filipinos.
